There has not been a single day where I feel truly satisfied with my internet connection... All this time I keep waiting for a miracle to happen so I can have Godspeed Internet Connection.

Here is the chronology of my "Broadband Dreams"..

Starting in year 1997, I was introduced to the world wide web by my uncle. He teach me how to connect to internet using dial up connection. At that moment.. I was totally amaze with the internet where people could chat in IRC channel and connecting with people from across the globe. But back then, I usually use internet to browse Power Rangers website and playing Shockwave Game (which now has been replace with superior Flash).

in 2002, I have my own personal computer that equip with 56k Modem and the Internet account was "borrowed" from somewhere else... (keyword : PBRL). Well.. Imagine slow internet connection and you have to pay 1.5sen/minutes = 90sen/Hour . That is Expansive... for a 56k connection speed.

I'm stuck with 56k until year 2007 because in the news.. there are sooooo many news about Broadband "this".. and Broadband "that"...

here is the list of connection that I've been waiting for .....

ISDN - same as dial-up but faster, expensive
Streamyx - too expensive
Celcom 3G - not covered yet
Maxis 3G - not covered yet
TIMEnet - only in Klang Valley (duhh!!)
Jaring Flite - only in Klang Valley

ok.. I'm just gonna stop the list here even though I have several more option but... doesn't matter anymore. I might cover it in another post...

Now, here is the real reason why I disappointed with Internet.

Digi 3G coverage

for Maxis and Celcom.. they get me covered but they are famous with their unreliable 3G connection. I'm a Streamyx subscriber and I also subscribe Digi Broadband (for portability). How suck is that... I wanted to subscribe P1.. but limited coverage. DiGi is superb when I use it while in USM but not when I'm at home.

Storm, Princess & Ice

#1 Planning to watch movie today, soo...

I watched Storm Warriors.. Excellent special effects, superb fighting but with very weak plot. Its like watching the movie 300 with Chinese actors... nice, yet predictable. Dizzy Meter : 3/5 Stars

#2 It was raining heavily and I'm stuck at the Mall with nothing to do and the time was still early. I decided to watch another movie and....

I watch The Princess & The Frog. Fun and simple story .. but I don't really like the singing part. To much song. Because of that.... Dizzy Meter : 3.5/5 Stars

#3 There were this small shop selling Ice Blended, Smoothies, Yogurt and what so ever... It is CoolBlog . My first time trying Ice blended from CoolBlog and I buy "Chocolate Blog". Check out their website... Slurpee can say good bye~ HeHe

Not Another Falling Stars...!!!

Ok.. my obsession with the sky and outer space will never fade away. This time... its Geminids, that can be seen this whole December and its peak is on this 13th and 14th. Expected between 150 to 200 meteors per hour can be seen (under correct condition... duhh!!)

Hurm... this post is about MySpy movie, a Malay movie by KRU production and directed by Afdlin Shauki...

This movie trailer looks good and it suppose to be this year greatest comedy movie... but what can I say after watching this??!! Speechless.... I have nothing (good) to say...

# Most of the very funny part are in the trailer...
# The only CGI effect is in the trailer ...
# The script is very cheesy and sleazy.. (so many sexual connotation and it is kind of disturbing)..
# The storyline is sooooooooo slow and the main characters do talk a lot.... (the jokes are in the script... and its too tiring for me to indulge all the words they are saying)...
# All the characters are not very convincing....

conclusion : It sucks...

Its Time To Move On...

Some might already know about the news and some still wondering if its true or is it just rumor... Its about Universiti Sains Malaysia.

School of Arts (SoA), School Of Communication and School of Management will be fully relocated at a new campus in Bandar Enstek by 2013. Starting middle of next year, new student intake will be placed at a temporary campus in Kuala Lumpur .... and from what I've heard its in Bangunan Tabung Haji in Jalan Tun Razak... the classroom... hostel... and office .. all operating in one building....

I'm quite jealous with the next intake of students as they will be placed in the capital city of Malaysia... because you can expect everything there...

and by everything... I mean ......... (I think you know what I mean)

I also feel terribly sad by this news as SoA will be separated from the main campus... Noooo!!!!!

Soo there will be No New Junior next year... and some of the lecturer are moving there... (plzz just send all the saiko lecturer there... muahaha!!)
I dunno how things will go after this ... sure things gonna be different... need to prepare for unknown obstacle from now on.... sigh~ There might be major changes that could effect my whole education plan in USM.
